Yes, with the exception of our lip balm and lotion bars. These products contain locally sourced Canadian beeswax.
How long do your products last?
Soap 1 year, all our other Aide skincare 8 months. Please note that our skincare does Not contain chemical preservatives.

Yes we offer free shipping and local delivery on orders over $125 (pre-tax)
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery every Wednesday, 20kms from our shop in Oshawa (apx Ajax - Bowmanville) We can deliver to your work or home. Delivering a gift? As long as their address in in our delivery area we'd be happy too. Please make sure you use Their correct address and phone number. We can also include a personalized note free of charge. Include your message at checkout in the "special instructions for seller"
Can I pickup my order?
Yes! Select "Pick up" at checkout. You can pick up your order from our shop located at 463 Bond St E Oshawa, ON We will email you when your order is ready for pickup, usually within an hour of your order placed. Come anytime during our open hours. We have free on-site parking. First and last name of order is all we need. You don't personally have to pick up your order.
Do you ship overseas?
Sorry, not at this time. We deliver from our workshop in Oshawa, Ontario to Canada and the USA
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our workshop you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking information.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do! The gift card will be emailed to you after purchase and is then available to print, forward or schedule as a gift. Gift cards are redeemable at our Aide Bodycare retail location and our online store.
